Rental Rates
|
The following rental rates are calculated on the basis of $125 per night per person, with a minimum charge for up to four people. The rates apply on the basis of single party bookings only and a minimum 2 night stay. House and Cottage (maximum 8 people):
NZ$875 per night for up to 7 people NZ$1,000 per night for 8 people The Cottage is available only with Lodge house bookings, to accommodate extra friends or family or to allow your party more expansive accommodation if you would like that. It is priced on the basis that full accommodation has been taken in the Lodge House. We are happy to discuss a discount for longer stays. All rates are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (15%), if any. Cleaning and laundry charge: A cleaning and laundry charge applies to each rental or is charged per week for longer stays. For stays in the Lodge house, the charge is $130 and for stays in the house and cottage, it is $150, in both cases inclusive of GST, if any. If extra cleaning is required after your departure this will be charged to your credit card - please see our terms of business. |
Rates exclude additional charges for any requested extra cleaning or extra linen during occupancy. In some cases a refundable security deposit may be sought.
How to pay
We request payment by direct bank transfer. All payments are subject to our Terms of Business. When paying by internet banking from overseas, your transfer should cover all bank charges, so that full payment is received. We bank with Westpac. If you are transferring funds from an overseas Westpac account, you will need to add NZ$15 to cover inbound bank charges. If you are transferring from an overseas account with any other bank, you will need to add NZ$25.
